CNJ Digital is a UX, strategy, and development agency founded in 2012 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The team of 17 specialists has delivered 368+ digital products for clients including the United Nations (ITU), A1 Slovenija, Outfit7, Argeta (Atlantic Grupa), Krka, Danfoss, and Roche. Services include product discovery, UX design, mobile and web app development, and accessibility auditing. 65% of revenue comes from international clients across Europe and the US.

Yes, we use page builders in our website development process to empower our clients to manage their digital content independently. Page builders allow clients to easily create and modify pages using intuitive drag-and-drop interfaces without the need for coding expertise. This approach enhances flexibility, enables faster updates, and reduces costs, allowing clients to focus on growing their business while we handle custom elements and templates for specific user flows.

We use agile methodologies to keep projects on track. This means we work in short, focused sprints and maintain a prioritized backlog of tasks. Regular check-ins and updates with the client ensure transparency and timely feedback. For budget control, we employ rigorous project management strategies and clearly defined scopes of work. We also maintain a proactive approach in communicating any potential changes or risks that might impact the budget or schedule, allowing for effective decision making. We also take on the task of explaining the client if their wishes/changes will break the budget or/and timeline.

We consider the project launch as the beginning of a new phase rather than the end of our engagement. After each initial launch we provide a Hypercare period, where our team is on stand by for any and all issues that may arise. After that period, we offer comprehensive post-launch services that cover both the user experience and technical aspects. This includes monitoring, performance reviews, feature updates, and continual optimisation. This ensures that the solutions we provide continue to serve our clients' needs effectively and remain aligned with the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Most projects kick off within 2–4 weeks of our first conversation. Discovery packages are fastest — some start within two weeks. For larger builds, lead time is 3–5 weeks. Either way, we'll give you a clear start date before you commit to anything

We work with both. While we’re based in Ljubljana, our clients span across Europe, the US, and beyond. We’ve successfully delivered digital solutions for global brands and know how to collaborate remotely—efficiently and without the usual friction. Time zones aren’t a problem; clarity and delivery are what matter.

We use a flexible, agile approach to handle evolving needs. Regular check-ins ensure we can pivot efficiently without compromising deadlines or quality.

You’ll work directly with a dedicated project manager and core team—usually a UX lead, UI designer and Senior developer. No middlemen, no bloated hierarchies. We keep the team lean, senior, and accountable. You’ll know exactly who’s doing the work and how to reach them.
