CNJ Digital is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT projects across web and mobile.
This is not a junior coordination role. You will own delivery, keep clients aligned, and make sure designers and developers can do their best work without chaos.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end IT projects (website redesigns, web apps, mobile apps)
Own scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery quality
Coordinate clients, developers, designers, and other stakeholders
Translate business goals into clear, actionable plans
Use AI tools intelligently to improve planning, communication, and execution
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience leading IT projects (web, mobile, digital products)
Fluent in Slovenian and English
Strong understanding of digital production workflows
High level of professionalism and accountability
Creativity and ingenuity when solving problems, not just following templates
Confident communicator with strong people skills
Comfortable using AI as a real productivity tool, not a buzzword
How we work
Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, rest remote (at the start probably a day or two more in office)
